Yoga Flow with Susan

Yoga Flow is a dynamic, flowing practice that leads you through a series of poses while consciously linking breath with movement. Class starts with some easy gentle stretches and gradually picks up the pace to build heat, promote strength, balance and flexibility; special attention to form and alignment is continual reinforced throughout class. Modifications are offered allowing the yogi to move at their own pace and comfort level.
