Yoga Fitness with Susan

Yoga Fitness is an excellent choice for those who want to enhance their workout. This class incorporates small 1-to-5-pound weights into a yoga flow with a focus on low impact isometric movements. This fun and easy to follow class will improve your balance, strength and flexibility while toning your upper body, core, glutes and legs. Modifications and optional weights are recommended and encouraged.
