Prenatal Yoga helps you prepare body, mind, and soul, for your Pregnancy, Labor, Delivery, and PostPartum Journey. Physical postures strengthen your muscles, support your spine, and restore energy levels. It also focuses on breathing, creating inner awareness, and relaxation. Classes will be interwoven with childbirth education. It also provides the opportunity to connect with other parents in your community. You don’t need prior yoga experience. Provider consent required. Bring your blanket for final relaxation and pillowcases for the bolsters.
