Gentle Yoga with Kathy (sub for Val)

Join Kathy for a one hour gentle yoga practice. Focus will be on gently warming up the body, moving
slowly, and cultivating breath awareness. Sprinkled into each class will be poses to improve balance and
posture, building strength, agility and flexibility, along with mindful movement. Practice ends with a
relaxing body scan and restful savasana.
