Chair Yoga with Carla

Explore more opportunities and ways to practice yoga while using the chair as a prop. For those who would like to practice yoga and meditation without having to get up and down off the floor.
We will use the chair for seated poses and stretches, waking up every part of the body. Using the chair to lean against if needed, we will practice standing and balance postures to strengthen the lower body and improve flexibility. A short mindfulness meditation practice at the beginning and the end will relax the mind and calm the body. Multi level.
