Back to Basics Yoga with Jayme

Join Jayme for a 60 minute class that will explore basic breath and asana practices. Yoga philosophy, mindfulness and self study will be incorporated into each class to create a holistic experience. This class is appropriate for those new to yoga, those who have not practiced recently or those who would like to return to basics.
8 people maximum. Socially distanced.
$15 Drop In rate or 3 for $39 class pass which can be purchased at first class.
